The primary activities of this committee are to inform the creation of an Economic Development Report for the WAMPO region and to serve as a group of regional leaders and partners with which WAMPO can discuss economic and transportation issues moving forward. The committee will update technical reports through discussions on:

• Demographic and socioeconomic forecasts

• Indicators of economic growth

• Economic strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

• Cost/benefit analyses
