What We Do
The MTP has direct impacts on the local transportation system, which includes roads, bridges, bike paths, transit, etc.
The TIP is a short-range program that identifies transportation projects to be implemented in the WAMPO region.
The UPWP describes the transportation planning and programming activities for the fiscal year and comply with the Federal Planning regulations.
The PPP describes our strategies and techniques to inform and engage the public in transportation planning issues with the intent of maximizing participation and effectiveness.
The Title VI Program ensures that no person, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity under the control of WAMPO.
In addition to the Federally required planning documents, WAMPO reviews data and develops several technical reports that help make informed decisions.
